How much does it cost?

The price of office cleaning varies depending on many factors such as the size & scope of a project, the number of cleaners, cleaning frequency, cleaning equipment provided by the cleaners, etc. In most cases, the price quoted to the commercial customers is in line with the pricing of the regular & one-time basic cleaning offered to individuals. Do you clean windows, kitchen area, and carpet as well?

Do you provide cleaning materials?

Yes, cleaning materials can be provided by the cleaners at an additional fee. The fee for the cleaning material will be included in the quotation you receive from us.

Can you clean out of office hours?

Cleaning services can be scheduled for any time of the day or night (24/7), 365 days a year.

We require an invoice. Can you do that?

Absolutely! All of the cleaners using our platform are legally registered businesses in France. You can also choose the invoicing frequency: after each cleaning appointment, or each month.

Are we going to have one dedicated cleaner?

Unless you specifically request a change of the cleaning person, we always try to assign the same cleaner to all of your appointments. In some rare cases, we may need to assign a new person to your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as a sickness or an accident.

Do we have to provide the solvents/mop/vacuum?

You can choose whether the cleaning equipment and materials, including a mop, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning solvents are provided by the cleaner or by you. In general, we recommend that cleaning equipment and materials are provided by you - we assume that you already picked the ones working best at your office over time. However, cleaners using our platform are always ready to provide all of the necessary supplies for the cleaning at an additional charge.
